WaveMux allows SoftCam to blend different audio streams into your conference. Your voice is always preserved and is layered on top of your different stream choices. There are 3 ways to insert sound into your conference:

1. As a standalone sound effect
2. As an audio portion of an AVI file
3. As an Audio Element of your media Title.

These audio streams are mutually exclusive. You cannot blend more than one stream at a time with your voice.

When Sound Effects is selected from the main SoftCam panel, a selection menu will be available.

Play
Will blend the sound effect into your current conference. You will hear the sound yourself if you have the SIDE TONE option enabled in your options panel. WaveMux adjusts SIDE TONE to be quieter than your voice.

Preview
Will play the sound effect at full volume. Preview does not blend the sound into the current conference.

Delete
Removes the sound effect from your listing. It DOES NOT remove the file from your hard drive.

Add
Will bring up a browse dialog to allow you to add new sound effects into your SoftCam list. This list points to wherever that sound was selected from. The ADD function does NOT copy or move files around.
